Class Schedule



Functional Fitness is a great introduction to strength training. If you’ve never tried it before this class develops strength and endurance levels using a range of different freestyle equipment. So, whether you want to burn calories, increase your strength or just simply get fitter, Functional Fitness is an all-round workout that anyone can do.



Fit for purpose is the product of a masters in sports rehabilitation and years of experiences helping people do the things they enjoy. This class is designed to increased strength and mobility using my knowledge of movement, injuries and how to prevent them. Whether you're injured, immobile, or a professional athlete you will benefit from this class.
